Beta Service Notice

Tabiflow is currently offered as a beta planning tool. Features may change, improve, or be removed. Planner, map, route, pin, affiliate, and travel information may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for verifying all travel details before relying on them.

Travel Planning Disclaimer

Tabiflow provides travel planning tools and itinerary suggestions for informational purposes only. Japan is the first launch focus, and the planner is built so more destinations can be added later. AI planning and advanced route tools are planned for a future upgrade. Always verify routes, addresses, hours, reservations, tickets, transit, safety conditions, entry rules, local laws, and availability before traveling.

Maps and pins may be inaccurate. Route links are external Google Maps links. Tabiflow does not guarantee travel times, route availability, transit schedules, fares, business hours, ticket availability, reservations, local entry rules, or safety conditions.

Location Consent

Current device location is optional. Tabiflow uses current location only when you choose “Use current location” and grant browser permission. You can manually enter an address, paste a map link, or drop a pin instead.

Affiliate And Paid Links

Some travel links may be paid or affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Paid links do not change your planner data and should be reviewed on the third-party site before purchase.

Third-Party Services

External links, map links, booking tools, affiliate partners, and map services are provided by outside companies. Their sites and apps have their own terms and privacy policies. Tabiflow LLC is not responsible for third-party content, prices, availability, purchases, services, cancellations, refunds, or support.

Your Data And Choices

You control the itinerary details you enter into Tabiflow. Planner data may include trip stops, notes, map links, coordinates, location details, route-link choices, and export or save data that you choose to create. We use this information to display your itinerary, support planner features, and improve the product.

Do not enter sensitive personal, passport, medical, financial, emergency, or private reservation details unless you are comfortable including them in your itinerary or exports.

We do not sell personal data. If analytics, hosting logs, or support messages are used, they are used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Tabiflow. If you are in a region with privacy rights, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used.

Future Features

AI planning, automatic nearby place lookup, advanced routing, paid Google routing, and route optimization are not represented as active launch features here. If introduced later, they should receive their own notice, consent, and privacy review.

No Warranty

Tabiflow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabiflow LLC is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, missed reservations, purchases, travel disruptions, or decisions made from using or relying on the service.
